WET WEATHER POLICY

Sunny QLD as beautiful as she is... can be less than sunny during the wet season!

If it has been raining heavily for the 24hrs prior to the booked time I will contact you to discuss how we should proceed. I do understand that sometimes deadlines just need to be met.

If the weather is overcast but not raining heavily, the shoot will go ahead as per the booking and I will replace the grey skies with blue in postproduction.

Please note : If a cyclone has been predicted I will most likely be cleaning out my gutters then bunkering down with lantern, a box of chocolate and unfortunately be unavailable...

CANCELLATION POLICY

I try to accommodate reschedules as best as I can & I do realise that some things are just out of our control. Keeping this in mind I do require a minimum of 24hrs prior notice for reschedules & cancellations that are not related to poor weather so that I may offer that time-slot to another client.

If less than 24hrs notice is given a 50% of the booked package fee will be invoiced.

If I am not notified at all or (a) I am already traveling to the booking or (b) Arrive at the shoot to find it has been cancelled, the full fee of the booked package will be invoiced.
